4:00 pm
wednesday. tomorrow on "special report" exclusive interview with the former attorney general bill barr on the john durham russia collusion report and what's inside. thanks for inviting us into your home tonight, that's it for this "special report," fair, balanced and still unafraid. a little allergies but still unafraid. "jesse watters primetime" starts right now. how about that 14-year-old, jesse? >> jesse: i didn't see the 14-year-old but i did see a taxi determineyed peacock behind harold ford jr.'s head. i notice these things. >> bret: see you. >> jesse: fox news alert. it only took four years but the dump report has finally dropped. and he found out what everybody already knew. the whole trump russia collusion story was a giant hoax started by democrats. the fbi knew it was a hoax. the cia knew it was a hoax and barack obama knew it was a hoax. everybody knew it was a hoax the whole time but they acted like it was real cia knew hillary
4:01 pm
started the russia collusion story and went in and told barack obama all about it she was trying to link trump to russia to get attention off email scandal. we thought that hillary got the russians to make the story up. it turns out hillary's guy made up the pee pee tape lie. and then they just pin it on a russian. the democratic national committee had this guy, charles dolan, he goes to russia. checks into the ritz carlton and asks for a tour of the presidential suite. and then the golden shower story drops. nobody at the ritz carlton told him this. not the bellman, not the cleaning ladies, not the manager. maybe he got so drunk on vodka he forgot it actually happened to him. so the pee pee tape was hillary team's idea. what else did we find out from durham?
4:02 pm
we found out the fbi shut down two investigations into the clintons, two separate fbi field offices said wait a second, clinton foundation is a foreign money laundering scam. we should probably look into it. but andy mccabe, you remember andy, the guy married to the clinton donor he calls everybody in and says, guys, the clinton foundation is off limits. second thing they shut down, the hillary clinton campaign was taking illegal contributions from overseas. fbi informants caught hillary's campaign saying yeah, we will take your money, we don't care, albania, morocco, just send us the checks. so he runs it up the flag poll at the fbi headquarters shut it down. no investigation intolike's foreign campaign donor. we are not going to go there we have to frame trump as a traitor instead. so john durham also found a few other funny nuggets that squeaky clean james comey couldn't wait
4:03 pm
to spy on the trump campaign. he kept asking his underlings have we started spying yet? have we started spying yet? when can we start spying on trump? are the phones tapped yet? what a sicko. also comey's people told his people don't put anything in writing. it's only going to get us in trouble. the media loves to say you know, this is just the fbi. this is just the department of justice. but they never tell you is this the obama administration preventing investigations into hillary and green lighting fake and illegal investigations into donald trump. but barack obama gets out there and he lies to us about the whole thing. >> i guarantee that not because i give attorney general lynch a directive, that is institutionally how we have always operated. i do not talk to the attorney general about pending investigations. i do not talk to fbi directors
4:04 pm
about pending investigations. the -- we have a strict line. and always have maintained it. i guarantee that there is no political influence in any investigation conducted by the justice department or the fbi not just in this case but in any case. >> so barack obama gets briefed by the cia director with the fbi director on pending investigations into his political opponents. and he just tells fox no? he just lies to fox. don't you ever lie to fox again. so, in one week, barack obama's vice president was taking foreign bribes right under miss nose and his justice department was illegally spying on the republican presidential nominee and shutting down investigations legitimate investigations into the democratic presidential nominee. mr. no scandals in my administration. and the media wasco lewding with the clinton campaign on how to lay out the smears.
4:05 pm
durham says the hillary how does this draft look to you. does this look all right to you and hillary's campaign that looks good. might want to add some signing off on it. the "new york times" got pulitzers for this. they get award for fake stories and hannity gets nothing for telling the truth. he doesn't get a like a plaque or anything? not only that the biden administration obstructed the dump report. a bunch of finn agents loyal to joe biden and hillary and barack refused to cooperate with durham they wouldn't sit down with him. still hiding stuff from us. still obstructing justice. i thought you could get impeached for obstructing justice. the fbi is interfering with american elections and obstructing investigations into their actions about the election interference. now, i don't even know now who is worse, the cia or the fbi? but i do know i predicted it
4:06 pm
usually conservatives get their hopes up when we think things are turning around. that's happened many times, you know, it's always the case where, you know, this is just about to happen and it doesn't or hillary is about to get indicted and it doesn't happen. is this going to be one of those times again where you point a prosecutor durham, great reputation but it turns out no one gets punished? meanwhile the fbi and the cia obama cia is on on it the fbi is on in on it hillary starts it. they illegally spy on campaign. fabricate evidence to get warrants and then they do two year investigation to cover up to try to impeach him, but the worst part is this atlanta, same
4:07 pm
thing. cia and fbi even cnn says this is bad. >> regardless the report is here and dropped. might not produced everything of what the republicans hoped for it is regardless devastating to the fbi and to a degree it does exonerate donald trump. >> jesse: it's like cnn just found out that crooked is crooked. but msnbc took a look at this report, they read it, and their conclusion was, yes, trump colluded with russia. >> this was trying to say that there's a big there there when, you know, there is no there there. russia interfered in the 2016 election. they are continuing to interfere. there are people who have gone to jail who were rightly found guilty. and what you have with john durham is, look, it's a big fat nothing and it reminds me of sort of weaponization hearings that are going on where there also is -- they are just falling
4:08 pm
flat on their case because there is no there there. >> jesse: a lot of big fat nothings piling up. biden's foreign bribes, spying on trump, framing him a lot of big fat nothings. that was the guy mueller had run the special counsel's office because mueller was tooled. that was the guy who destroyed his cell phone when the special counsel investigation was over. but, after today, the media doesn't care. they think, yeah, we cheated but you didn't catch us. you didn't put any of our people in jail. we put your people in jail that's the basic argument. justice department. so we win you lose. josh hawley, the member of the judiciary committee. what are we going to do now? are we going to do another report, senator? >> there needs to be a lot more
4:09 pm
than reports, jesse. people need to be prosecuted for this. the clinton campaign and hillary clinton herself is it any coincidence that she is tweeting about collusion at exactly the same time her campaign operatives are feeding this b.s. to the fbi? i don't think so. there needs to be consequences for her and also the fbi. fbi leadership has clearly got to be changed. jesse i'm of the mind we need end the fbi as we know it. it needs to be broken up. clearly, it has become corrupt leadership is corrupt. talk to fbi agents in the field. i was doing in this past week. great folks in my home state. all over the place. but they are not served by this leadership. this leadership has become totally radically politicized and we have got to change it. >> jesse: i will tell you what we have got to do. if a republican gets in there they have to investigate the clinton foundation. they have to investigate the foreign money flowing into the clinton campaign. they have to investigate the foreign bribes going into the biden family.
4:10 pm
or are we just going to say okay. you know what? it's even. we're in the white house now let's play fair. is that what republicans are going to do? we got to be justice. justice has to be served. you can't interfere in a presidential election without consequences. at least you used to be able to in america. that's what happened here. one political party, the democrats tried to use the fbi to rig a presidential election and just about got away with it. they succeeded in getting the fbi to intervene. they succeeded in getting the fbi to lie to a court to get wiretaps. they succeeded in getting a presidential campaign, donald trump's campaign spied on. i mean, it's amazing that there is something like this in american history i don't know what it is. that's why i say there needs to be prosecutions. there needs to be accountability. and the fbi has got to be overhauled now top to bottom. it's got to be completely reformed. it cannot go on like it is. >> jesse: what did you think when you saw barack obama tell fox we don't do anything
4:11 pm
corrupt? i don't know about pending investigations. i don't even talk to people about pending. meanwhile you have durham say he was briefed on the whole thing while it was happening wilson more example of democrats and political class in washington saying anything they want. telling any lie they want to try to maintain their power. he knew he knew. obama knew that hillary was trying to frame trump essentially. he knew that they were cooking this up and trying to weaponize the fbi and he knew it was succeeding and he went out and lied about it. all these people lied about it. >> jesse: is he acting like he is not a part. obama is acting like he is not a part of the obama administration. it was his justice department. >> yeah, exactly. >> it was his justice department. it was his cia. like biden all of a sudden has no connection to the biden family. everybody can bribe the biden family and it has nothing to do with joe biden. are we getting to the point now, senator, where the fbi and the cia are just more powerful than
4:12 pm
the american democracy? i think they were definitefully that danger zone. we have to change the fbi it. not go on like that. when can you interfere in a presidential election like this. when can you wiretap an opponent's campaign. when you can lie to a court. let's not forget that the fbi lied repeatedly to a secret court continue to get wiretaps on trump and his associates, their campaign, when you can do that, yes, that is a threat to american democracy threat to the american people. ask yourself who is really in charge here. this is why we have got to reform the fbi. break it up it. cannot go on as it is. it is a threat to our democracy and will of the people. the other point i would make, jesse, is some of these people who did it with hillary hillary clinton are in government now jake sullivan national security adviser he is in government now e cooked this up with clinton. there needs to be repercussion cushions for that. >> jesse: we are going to look
4:13 pm
for john durham to testify at some point live on capitol hill soon. senator, thank you so much. >> thank you. >> jesse: well, "primetime" did an investigation into joe biden's fake bike riding press conference. also we got ahold of michelle obama's fruit juice. ♪ do you know that every load of laundry could be worth as much as $300? really? and your clothes just keep getting more damaged the more times you wash them. downy protects fibers, doing more than detergent alone. see? this one looks brand new. saves me money? i'm starting to like downy. downy saves loads.
